The Vinyl Top Deck
Durable Deck is the only vinyl deck covering specially designed to be installed on top of your existing wood or concrete surface. Durable Deck combines the desirable qualities of vinyl decking with the proven structural strength and building code compliance of wood and concrete.
Created from GEON™ polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Durable Deck won't rot, chip, splinter or crack. The nonporous textured surface cleans easily, resist stains and is always cool to walk on. Ultra violet inhibitors protect Durable Deck from damaging sun rays and give it rich lasting color. Impact modifiers are added to give Durable Deck it's strength and durability.
Decks, Docks and Tios
Durable Deck is a virgin vinyl that will not splinter or rot like wood, and never needs to be painted or stained. The system's patented vinyl cover strips are used to conceal the fasteners to give the total vinyl look as well as to provide a watertight seal. Similar to vinyl siding, Durable deck is extruded from a GEONTM PVC compound material that has been proven, over many years to withstand punishing outdoor conditions. Because the product is used on deck surfaces, it is considerably thicker, more rigid, contains more hardeners and additional UV inhibitors to protect it from the sun's damaging rays -which makes it the perfect deck surface.
Since Durable Deck is a retrofit product, there is generally not building permit required, which means commercial structures can be retrofitted quickly and conveniently, with a contractor or a homeowner .
Durable Decks unique method of installation makes it easy to install on any solid structural surface. The patented soft vinyl strips applied to the legs of the Cover Strip, provides a water tight seal restricting water from entering fastening channel to reduce noise for a quiet walking surface.

Anchor Decking Systems, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its Durable Deck is free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its decking products will not peel, blister, flake, rot, corrode, rust, be damaged by termites, or be subject to abnormal weathering or discoloration. • Any defects in materials and workmanship.• For the lifetime of the original owner/occupant of the real estate upon which this product is used.
• Only the original purchasing owner/occupant can make a claim. Proof of purchase must be provided. This warranty is not transferable.
• Within thirty days of the discovery of the claimed defect contact the dealer who sold or installed the Durable Deck product, or write to Anchor Decking Systems, Inc., 1101 NW 31st Avenue, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069 or call Anchor at (888) 898-4990. Proof of purchase must be included.
• If Durable Deck materials are found to be defective and covered by the warranty. Anchor will at its discretion either replace the defective materials, or provide financial compensation equal to the original purchase price for the defective Durable Deck materials.
• Damage caused by failure to comply with Anchor's installation guidelines, by faulty installation, improper application, or in violation of codes or restrictions. Anchor will provide installation guidelines upon request.
• Damage attributable to fire, violent storms, earthquake, ground movement or other catastrophes; or to exposure to atmospheric pollutants or conditions other than natural weathering processes.
• Damage or discoloration due to misuse, abuse, improper storage, impact of objects, or to alteration of the product by applied heat or welding, by contact with solvents, epoxies, paints, chemicals or other substances; or by other physical or material alterations.
• Color fading that occurs over time due to normal weathering.
• Any materials not manufactured or supplied by Anchor.
• Cost of installation, removal, labor, freight, and similar or related costs
• Any incidental or consequential damages. The Manufacturer of this product does not recommend or approve this product for all possible end use applications. Your local Code Authority should be consulted regarding its safety and applicability for intended usage.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state
