Seal-Krete Waterproofing Sealer (SKWPS)
SKWPS is a water-based, very low VOC, strong binding, clear acrylic, penetrating sealer/primer. It penetrates deeply into the pores of concrete, binding to the sand and cement particles, forming a tough, yet flexible and breathable film. It is formulated 
to be used on interior and exterior concrete, stucco, brick and masonry surfaces. It can also be used on wood, stone, porous roof tile, asphalt shingles, adobe, plaster, drywall, coral, limestone, grout, painted aluminum siding, vinyl siding, and galvanized metal
Not for use on driveways. For driveways we recommend Seal-Krete Concrete Floor and Driveway Sealer

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean and dry
Remove loose & peeling paint and excessive chalk
Cover all surfaces not to be sealed (windows, doors, vehicles, etc.)
Application
SKWPS can be applied with a brush, roller, low pressure hand pump sprayer (garden sprayer), or airless sprayer.
Coats
A minimum of 2 even, saturated coats are recommended with back rolling of the second coat. Additional coats may be required on very porous surfaces and can be applied 1 hour after previous coat is dry.
For highly porous or profiled surfaces, use Seal-Krete Hi-Solids.

Multi-Surface Water Repellent ( MSWR )
Seal-Krete Multi-Surface Water Repellent (MSWR) is an environmentally friendly, UV stable, water-based, low VOC, clear penetrating water repellent for MULTIPLE surfaces. MSWR penetrates the surface, improving dimensional stability as it dries. The result is a clear, satin finish treatment that repels water and yields significant beading. MSWR is breathable, re-coatable, and non-yellowing. It should be used alone as a water repellent. MSWR is a milky-white emulsion that dries in 2-4 hours to a flexible, clear water repellent.

Surface Preparation
Remove other coatings, algae, mildew, dirt, and foreign matter from surfaces being treated. Surface must be clean and dry (refer to data sheet for more information)
Application
MSWR applies easily with a roller, brush, or low-pressure hand sprayer (garden sprayer). Wear goggles or safety eye-wear when applying. (refer to data sheet for more information)
Coats
1 to 2 depending on porosity of substrate (refer to data sheet for more information)

Gator Hide™ anti-skid additive
Gator Hide™ is a micronized polymeric aggregate for use as an anti-skid additive in most paint or clear coatings. It is hard, clear, and has excellent resistance to chemicals and detergents. It is resistant to solvents and can be used in solvent-based alkyd, urethane and epoxy coatings. Because it is a light weight grit, it remains suspended longer in coatings.
General Uses
Anti-Skid additive for water-based and solvent based paints and sealers.
Features / Advantages
Application
While continually stirring, add up to 3.2 ounces of grit to one gallon or 1 pound to five gallons of coating. Occasional stirring may be required in thinner products to keep the grit uniform within the coating. Follow application instructions of paint or sealer. Do not re-apply over wet areas.
