MasterRib®

Excellence of design makes MasterRib® an industry leader in strength and durability. MasterRib® was developed under the guidance of structural engineers to provide leading edge performance in strength, leak resistance, ease of installation, and functional beauty. MasterRib® provides for a full three feet of coverage with five 3/4" high major ribs on 9" centers. Eight supporting ribs give added strength to the panel. To optimize the strength of our panel, we enlarged both the major and minor ribs because the more area underneath the ribs, the stronger the panel. We enlarged our major ribs to a full 1 7/8" wide and our minor ribs to a full 1 3/8" in width. Not only does the strength of our panel make your building stronger, the extra stiffness makes the panel easier to handle and install.

To minimize the chance that any water can leak into your building, we designed our panel with an extra large anti-siphoning channel. We have to use more metal to cover that extra large anti-siphoning channel than is required for similar panels with smaller anti-siphoning channels, but it is worth it to us to provide that extra leak protection for your building. Our major ribs are topped with a 3/8" anti-dimple bead which is the full size of your fastener head, reducing the likelihood of leaks at fastening points which can be caused by water seeping underneath the exposed underside of a fastener head.

MasterRib® is available in full 80,000 min psi 29 gauge galvanized and galvalume, and in 15 painted colors in 26 and 29 gauge. Our paint system is backed by our 25-year limited warranty.

Whether for roofing or for siding, for agricultural, commercial, or residential usage, MasterRib® makes a strong, beautiful building. Compare our panel to the others and see the difference!

Corrugated Panel 1-1/4’ and 2-1/2”

Corrugated panels are the original formed metal roofing and siding sheets. 1 1/4" & 2 1/2" Corrugated steel panels have been a traditional staple of the metal roofing and siding market. Both the 1 1/4" Corrugated and the larger 2 1/2" Corrugated are familiar sights to anyone who has seen rural architecture. Today, usage of corrugated roofing has expanded beyond its rural heritage, adding a traditional look to many restaurants, retail establishments, and other commercial buildings. Corrugated roofing has been an integral part of the landscape of rural America for over a century and will be an attractive addition to your project, whether rural or urban. Union Corrugating's corrugated profiles are available in a wide variety of finishes and thicknesses to suit your requirements. For traditional and long lasting strength and durability, use our most popular size, our 29 gauge galvanized. Our 26 gauge galvalume gives you the extra strength you need for higher wind areas, plus the galvalume gives you the assurance of a 25-year limited warranty. (26 gauge available in 2 1/2" only.) For projects where low cost is the primary factor, consider our Economy Galvanized.

NOTE: 1 1/4" Corrugated sheets are recommended for siding applications only. 1 1/4" Corrugated panels are not recommended for use in roofing applications.
